About the Building: 
The site of this project, implemented as part of Ulaanbaatar’s urban redevelopment program, holds historical significance. In 1964, this area was home to civil servants and intellectuals of the Cabinet Secretariat, and it became known as “Zasgiin Gazriin 64.” To preserve this legacy, the project was named “Z64.” 

The Z64 Complex is a premium business-class building with metal and stone facades, located in the “A” grade area of the capital where government agencies and universities are concentrated.
